Prior to founding the massive Relationship Recovery community, Kierstyn Franklin and Tiffany Denny were victims of abuse. While looking for a way out of each of their own toxic relationships, and undergoing a healing journey, these two strong women met each other and leaned on one another for support. They took the other’s hand and sought out the help they needed in order to let go and grow from what seemed a very dark place in their lives. Both Kierstyn and Tiffany eventually became certified life coaches with the intention of helping other women do the same. Today, Kierstyn and Tiffany are dedicated to providing resources to victims of abuse through The Relationship Recovery. The community of survivors has thrived in unity, and Kierstyn and Tiffany have been named as The Top 10 Relationship Coaches Transforming Lives by Yahoo Finance and have been featured in publications like Vogue and SHAPE.

Kierstyn and Tiffany understand the importance of having external support when going through the motions of leaving an abusive partner, that is why they created The Relationship Recovery to be a safe place for all, allowing people to grow and value their self worth. There are various sources of help for members of The Relationship Recovery community — whether it’s through events, retreats, group coaching, one-to-one coaching, and two-to-one coaching programs. Kierstyn and Tiffany also want to connect with people far and wide which led them to also create their The Relationship Recovery Podcast. This podcast also provides help in terms of people struggling in current relationships or learning to cope with traumatic relationships.

Using what they already know, Kierstyn and Tiffany host special master classes dedicated to different kinds of topics in regards to different kinds of situations in relationships. One of their past classes “Should I Stay or Should I Go?” is centered around the idea of reflecting on where your relationship may be at the moment, while making the ultimate decision to either leave or stay in that relationship. Another one of their classes surrounds the idea of gaslighting and manipulation in a relationship. With the many resources that The Relationship Recovery have made available, Kierstyn and Tiffany continue to be dedicated to helping victims heal, cope and grow from toxic relationships.
